多槽超聲波清洗機的功能和應(yīng)用場景

1、一般情況下，可以將具備兩槽或兩槽以上清洗槽和其他功能槽的超聲波清洗設(shè)備成為多槽式超聲波清洗機，常見的是做1-5個槽，滿足大部分客戶清洗需求。

1. In general, ultrasonic cleaning equipment with two or more cleaning slots and other functional slots can be called a multi slot ultrasonic cleaning machine. It is common to make 1-5 slots to meet the cleaning needs of most customers.

2、通常，多槽式超聲波清洗機可以分為一體多槽超聲波清洗機和分體多槽超聲波清洗機兩大類。不管是哪一種，都可以根據(jù)要求有不同的配置，包括有粗洗槽、精洗槽、漂洗槽、噴淋槽、熱浸洗槽、蒸汽洗槽和冷凍干燥槽等。

4、三槽超聲波清洗機是在兩槽超聲波清洗機基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展而言的，添加了熱風(fēng)烘干、慢拉風(fēng)干等干燥系統(tǒng)，也有部分三槽清洗機設(shè)備是由為超聲波粗洗和超聲精洗外加超聲漂洗槽組裝而成的。

4. The three slot ultrasonic cleaning machine is developed based on the two slot ultrasonic cleaning machine, adding drying systems such as hot air drying and slow pulling air drying. 5、超聲波清洗機設(shè)備的清洗槽數(shù)量較多，功能相對來說也更加完整，比較適用于電子零件、精密電子儀器、PCB線路板、機械零部件等的清洗。
